The idea behind Cedarlia is to create the characteristic, distinctive and evocative 'Nordic-French country' style.

Cedarlia embraces the heartfelt philosophy that it is possible to create a home that is both beautiful and practical, offering a fresh escape from the norm.

The product range has influences from all over the globe and takes inspiration from childhood memories spent in France and the Nordic region.

Cedarlia’s mission is to offer quality hand made products from the French and Nordic region to clients in pursuit of the French and Nordic country style living.

The personally chosen products have a nostalgic and retro feel aimed at individually-minded customers who trust the choices offered by Cedarlia and do not want ‘mass-produced’ items. Cedarlia’s mantra “Designs inspired by life and created with love” is being driven by this belief.

The concept of Cedarlia was born in 2009 when Alex and Linda Phil-Ebousiez in conjunction with Linda Norman decided to pool together their design experience to open an online store.

Following the success of this and at the numerous requests from their customer base they decided to open a store. Cedarlia flagship store was opened on 15^th of December 2011 in Greenwich London.
