Gelato & frozen yoghurt are prepared on site daily with 100% organic milk and no preservatives, artificial colourings, flavourings or hydrogenated fats. Frozen yoghurt is fat free and gelato contains 50-60% less fat than traditional ice cream.

Exquisite ingredients produce exquisite desserts. Only the finest ingredients like Valrhona and Callebaut chocolate, Lescure butter and of course the unsurpassed Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla.
